Supporting Ministers

Pastoral ministry is a sacred calling — and it’s not meant to be carried alone. We are committed to walking alongside pastors in every season of leadership, providing encouragement, guidance, and practical support so they can serve with health, confidence, and longevity.

We support pastors through:

Credentialing - Guidance through the process of licensing, orientation, and ordination, helping leaders navigate each step with clarity and confidence. Those interested in credentialing need to first contact the PacNWC office.

CovConnect – Online platform designed to support ongoing development. Through CovConnect, ministers can track growth using the Vocational Growth Tool, maintain good standing, and update their ministerial profile. Access CovConnect here

Resources & Care – Access to spiritual direction, crisis care for pastors and church staff, Sustaining Pastoral Excellence initiatives, and pastoral cohorts designed to nurture long-term ministry health. To access care contact the PacNWC office.

Networks - Meaningful connections through communities such as the PacNWC Ministerial Association, Youth Ministry Network, Kids & Family Ministry Network, Clergy Clusters, and Latino Ministry Network. These spaces foster collaboration, shared learning, and mutual encouragement. To learn more visit the Ministerium Resource Page

Our desire is simple: to ensure pastors are spiritually supported, relationally connected, and practically equipped — so they and the churches they serve can flourish.
