Leadership Team Resources
We invite you to join our family of PacNWC church leaders striving to grow and care for our congregations well. We love to come alongside church laypeople to help them lead well, connect with other church leaders, and grow as teams.
All organisms and organizations experience seasons and life cycles. This includes churches. Whether your congregation is experiencing a season of healthy growth or transition or desires revitalization, the Pacific Northwest Conference and the Evangelical Covenant Church have resources to help. We achieve this through four main channels:
Orientations and Training:
Volunteer church leadership is a big job that usually doesn’t come with a handbook. We are here to help by offering you the skills needed to thrive in lay leader roles. The offerings below are available periodically or by appointment. Contact us at office@pacnwc.org to find out more.
Church Chair and Leadership Team Orientations (offered twice a year or upon request)
Financial Leadership Workshops from National Covenant Properties (offered every other year)
Church Chair Connections online for connection and best practices (offered every other month)
Leadership Team Retreats and Team Building
Pastoral Relations Committee (PRC) or Mutual Ministry Team (MMT) Orientation
Transitions:
Pastoral changes are huge moments in a church’s life. The right tools and support can help the transition season to be a vibrant time of healing and growth. Our team is experienced, trained, and ready to come alongside you during this challenging moment. Contact us at office@pacnwc.org today to get the help you need.
